Gold is available for orders under £800 comprising
4 - 6.5 seats.

at £50 per seat.
Footstools are considered a half seat and are charged
at £25.
Orders comprising 4 - 6.5 seats valued below £1000
are charged at £200.
Platinum cover is not available on orders comprising
11 or more seats.
You will be given the option of adding Ultimate Care
before you checkout.
Our system will automatically calculate the cover available
based on your cart contents and clearly indicate the
cost of both Platinum and Gold.

Our primary objective in the event of a claim will be the
restoration of your upholstery, and you should contact
us on 0870 3206614 within 72 hours of the accident occurring.
We will then offer you a mutually convenient appointment
for one of our experienced specialists to call and rectify
your problem. Where the accident is likely to result in
a stain, please act immediately. Remove any solid matter.
Soak up and moisture using a white cloth or absorbent
tissue. Do not rub or use household cleaners or abrasives.
Stains can be limited at this point using the blot and
dabbing action. These terms apply for the full 5 years
of your Ultimate Care policy, so even in year 5 of your
policy, you could receive a contribution of 50% of your
original purchase price towards a replacement item*
